I grew up in Chesapeake and attended Indian River High School before graduating from Old Dominion University. Hampton Roads has shaped much of my life, from my childhood in Norfolk Highlands to my years serving real estate clients across Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. I know these cities as a resident, and a REALTOR® who has spent years studying their neighborhoods and housing markets.
My background combines computer science, graphic design, photography, and technology. Those skills give my clients a practical advantage. I study MLS data, monitor local market activity, create marketing materials, photograph homes, produce videos, and use online tools to help properties reach prospective buyers. Good real estate marketing requires strong presentation backed by useful information, and I bring both sides together for every listing.
