I have been a REALTOR® since 2009, proudly serving Virginia Beach and the surrounding Hampton Roads cities. Real estate has been a meaningful part of my life for many years, and I am truly thankful for every client, friend, colleague, and mentor who has trusted me, referred me, taught me, or allowed me to be part of their journey.

I graduated from Old Dominion University with a background in Computer Science and Graphic Design, and I still use those skills every day. Whether I am helping a seller prepare a home for market, photographing a listing, creating marketing content, studying MLS data, or explaining market trends to a client, I bring both technical knowledge and creative thinking to the table.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that every situation is different. Every home has a story, every client has a goal, and every transaction has its own puzzle to solve. Some people are buying their first home. Some are selling a house filled with memories. Some are relocating, downsizing, investing, or planning for the future. I try to meet people where they are, listen carefully, and help them make informed decisions without pressure.

I believe my job is not just to “sell houses,” but to be a trusted guide. That means explaining the process, watching the details, anticipating problems, and helping clients feel more confident from start to finish. I am grateful for the experience I have gained, but I also believe there is always more to learn. The market changes, technology changes, contracts change, and people’s needs change, so I try to keep growing so I can serve people better.

I am thankful to be part of EXIT Realty Central and the larger EXIT Realty family. Over the years, I have been fortunate to learn from generous brokers, fellow REALTORS®, leaders, vendors, clients, and friends who have helped shape my career.

My approach is a combination of experience, creativity, technology, persistence, and care. I enjoy using professional photography, video, social media, online marketing, neighborhood knowledge, and market data to help listings stand out. I also enjoy helping buyers understand neighborhoods, home values, property condition, negotiation strategy, and the many moving parts involved in purchasing a home.

Outside of real estate, I have lifelong interests in technology, design, photography, video, artificial intelligence, cars, investing, and creative projects. I think those interests help keep my mind active and my marketing fresh.

Most of all, I am thankful for the trust people place in me. Buying or selling a home is a major life event, and I never take that lightly. Since 2009, I have been grateful for the opportunity to help people move forward, solve problems, start new chapters, and make wise real estate decisions throughout Virginia Beach and the surrounding cities.
